The street with east – west direction, located between the Large Bath and the Palace of Polycharmos is called Via Axia or Axios (Vardar) Street. It runs just by the House of Peristeria and continues towards the defensive wall to the west. A drainage channel is noticed on the segment near the House of Peristeria. It is covered with sandstone slabs.
